The Collini family has been in the high-altitude catering sector with care and passion since 1992 and manages the Rifugio Pradalago 2100, located at the arrival point of the cable car of the same name, just 7 minutes from Madonna di Campiglio, a place with a panoramic view of the Brenta Dolomites, the starting point of the main ski slopes including the famous Amazzonia, and trails in the area. The offer ranges from breakfast with homemade cakes daily, to lunch which in winter is organized with a quality self-service, with first courses and homemade pasta using local products km 0, encouraging the purchase of products from small local farms, in summer the formula changes and a restaurant service is offered with typical Trentino cuisine. The Rifugio is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a sandwich bar and self-service, on the upper floor there are typical rooms, outside there is a kiosk with 2 solarium terraces, tables and deckchairs.
